THIRTEEN REASONS WHY, by Jay Asher

13 reasons - and 13 people who are to blame

13 reasons - and 13 people who are to blame

When this book opens, it’s already too late for Hannah Baker.  She has committed suicide, and she’s left something behind.  In her case, it’s not a note – it’s a series of cassette tapes: thirteen of them, to be exact.  Each tape is about the part a different person played in her life … and in her death.

Clay Jensen can’t figure out why he’s on the list.  He really liked Hannah, and he really misses her now she’s gone.  Who else is on these tapes?  Why?  Clay can’t stop listening until he hears it all … just like you won’t be able to stop reading until you’ve heard everything in Hannah’s heartbreaking story.
